Service

Encore Rail Systems provides regionally located field service representatives that will be available for equipment repair, initial and recurrent on-site training in safe and effective maintenance, operation, and material handling procedures.

Compound Usage
Typical compound usage for gaging projects is four gallons of both "A" and "B" compound per string of rail.  Typical compound usage for spot tie repair projects is five gallons of both "A" and "B" compound per 400 to 450 ties dependent on tie conditions.

Warranty
Encore Rail Systems Model # TPI-TG foam plugging system, if used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, is warranted for six months against defects in materials and workmanship. The machine will be repaired or components replaced as a result of such defects. This warranty does not apply to any machine damages caused by accident or negligence by the railroad. The six-month warranty extends only to the Encore Rail Systems foam plugging equipment model #TPI-TG.  The company warranty obligation, with regard to
equipment not of its own manufacture, is limited to the warranty actually extended to the company by its supplier. Encore Rail Systems warrants all other parts in material and workmanship.

This statement of warranty is expressly in lieu of and disclaims all other express warranties, implied warranties of merchantability and all other implied warranties which extend beyond the description on the machine contract. This warranty does not include liability for incidental or consequential damages.
